邹勃,吉林大学物理学院教授。

 

2002年12月博士毕业于吉林大学超分子结构与材料国家重点实验室,师从张希院士。2001年8月-2002年8月,德国明斯特大学物理所联合培养博士研究生,师从迟力峰院士;2003年2月-2005年12月在德国多特蒙德大学化学系Christof M. Niemeyer教授课题组做博士后研究;2006年回到吉林大学独立开展工作至今。

 

主要从事高压物理和高压化学研究


作为国家重大科技基础设施“综合极端条件实验装置—高温高压大体积材料研究系统”的液体环境高温高压极端条件实验系统科学家,负责设计搭建了大体积静高压产生装置、超高温静高压产生装置和活塞圆筒液态高压产生装置等三套液体环境高温高压极端条件实验系统。


发现压强作为绿色实验条件,不仅仅可以通过高压实现精准合成,还能实现精准分解,提出了利用高压手段解决了常压下有争议的科学问题的新思路,并成功地解决了Cs4PbBr6纳米晶绿光起源和Cs2Na0.4Ag0.6InCl6蓝光起源的争论;成功实现了压致变色材料光学特性的大范围精确调控,提出了压强诱导发光(PIE)的概念;提出了利用空间位阻效应、纳米尺寸效应和弱键协同效应等提高反应势垒和相变势垒截获高压相的新策略,成功截获富氢材料、高能密度材料、卤素钙钛矿材料和金属-有机框架材料的高密度相和高品质发光相,依此利用高压思想指导常压合成,探索常压合成机制,为制备具有特定功能的化学材料提供了新思路和新方法。研究项目包括科技部重点研发专项(首席科学家)、国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目、杰出青年基金和重大研究计划重点项目等。

 

现任第1届亚洲高压科学技术理事会理事、中国化学会高压化学专业委员会副主任委员、中国化学会光化学专业委员会委员、中国真空学会常务理事、中国真空学会表面与纳米科学专业委员会委员、中国感光学会光化学和光生物专业委员会委员、吉林省物理学会理事长、"Chemical Research in Chinese Universities" 编委,青年执行编委、"高等学校化学学报" 编委,青年执行编委、"真空科学与技术学报" 编委、"高压物理学报" 编委。曾任中国晶体学会理事、中国晶体学会极端条件晶体材料专业委员会委员、中国物理学会高压物理专业委员会委员、中国材料研究学会极端条件材料与器件分会副主任委员。
