Abstract : For the rapid and accurate detection of trimethylamine (TMA) hazardous gases, a metal-organicframework (MOF) derived bayberry-like In2O3 architectures gas sensor was successfully prepared by a rapid and facile hydrothermal synthesis (30 minutes) and subsequent precise annealing process. The gas sensitivity test results show that the MOF-derived bayberry-like In2O3 sensor has a low operating temperature of 120 oC, a response value of 23.2 to 20 ppm trimethylamine, a fast response speed of 1.4s, and good selectivity and stability. In addition, the gas-sensing mechanism of the sample is discussed
