李红东 理学博士,教授,博士生导师,吉林大学唐敖庆学者英才教授
主要从事多功能金刚石薄膜及纳米结构材料的制备、特性、器件、理论计算及转化应用等研究。带领金刚石前沿基础与应用研究组,在CVD金刚石生长,金刚石基光电、储能、低维结构与特性等方向做出了一些较重要、有特色的理论和实验工作。参与撰写中英文专著4部,第一作者或通讯作者发表Adv. Mater、NL,APL、Carbon等论文160余篇。获授权国家发明专利30余项。
入选2006年度教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。承担国家自然科学基金项目、吉林省科技厅重点项目等多项科研项目。兼任中国材料研究学会超硬材料及制品专业委员会副秘书长、中国机械工程学会金刚石及制品分会副主任委员。曾任超硬材料国家重点实验室副主任(2015-2022)。
