宋俊年,吉林大学新能源与环境学院教授,博士生导师,英国伦敦大学学院访问学者。吉林省优秀青年基金、长春市优秀青年基金获得者,入选吉林省拔尖人才、吉林省高校优秀青年科研创新人才、吉林大学唐敖庆教授(青年学者)、吉林大学工科集群青年人才、吉林大学励新优秀青年(重点阶段、精英阶段)、吉林大学优青培育计划。主要研究领域为环境管理与环境经济。硕士、博士期间获日本文部科学省奖学金及国家公派留学基金资助,毕业于日本筑波大学生命环境科学研究科。博士毕业后被吉林大学以海外A类人才引进直聘副教授。担任中国环境科学学会环境经济学分会委员、中国“双法”研究会能源经济与管理研究分会理事、中国环境科学学会减污降碳协同治理专业委员会委员、日本地域学会委员等,SCI期刊Environment, Development and Sustainability副主编,Carbon Research、Carbon Footprints、Sustainability、Frontiers in Sustainability、Asia-Pacific Journal of Regional Science等期刊编委(客座编辑),吉林省科技厅、吉林省生态环境厅、吉林省发改委专家库专家。担任Nature子刊、Environmental Science & Technology等领域内顶级期刊审稿人。
主要研究方向为环境管理与环境经济,包括可持续食物与农业系统,废弃物资源化与能源化,新能源系统构建、评价与优化等。主持/参与国家自然科学基金、国家发改委中国清洁发展机制基金、国家重点研发计划、吉林省优秀青年基金、吉林省重点研发计划、吉林省生态环境厅、吉林省发改委、吉林省能源局项目等国家级和省部级项目20余项,累积经费支持500余万元。以第一作者/通讯作者在能源与环境领域中科院一区期刊Nature子刊Nature Food、Environmental Science & Technology、Applied Energy、Energy Conversion and Management、Resources Conservation & Recycling等发表论文50余篇,包括多篇ESI高被引论文,累积他引1600余次。相关政策咨询报告获新华社(吉林分社)、吉林省人大常委会、吉林省生态环境厅、吉林 省能源局等采纳证明 8 项。
在应对全球气候变化、促进碳达峰和碳中和、推进能源结构和社会经济结构低碳转型的大背景下,着重于在国家层面和区域层面,研究新能源与可再生能源系统的构建、评价与优化,探索新能源与可再生能源,尤其是生物质能的发展潜力、发展机制和环境、经济、社会效益;针对生态环境-社会经济复杂系统,探索典型行业气候与环境影响驱动机制,社会经济系统中环境影响的结构化、网络化特征,生态环境-社会经济复杂系统系统要素耦合及演化特征,居民行为及政策调控对环境-经济系统的影响等。运用环境拓展的投入产出模型、投入产出优化模拟模型、精细化全生命周期评价、多指标决策模型、系统耦合与演化分析模型等研究方法,旨在从国家角度、区域角度、行业角度、行为角度等,提出可再生能源利用、气候变化与环境影响控制的政策建议,为决策者提供详实充分的数据和信息支持。
