宋俊年,吉林大学新能源与环境学院教授,博士生导师,吉林大学绿色金融与碳中和哲学社会科学实验室学术委员会主任,英国伦敦大学学院访问学者。吉林省优秀青年基金、长春市优秀青年基金获得者,入选吉林省拔尖人才、吉林省高校优秀青年科研创新人才、吉林大学唐敖庆学者(英才教授)、吉林大学“工科+”学科交叉融合创新团队首席、吉林大学工科集群青年人才、吉林大学励新优秀青年(重点阶段、精英阶段)等。硕士、博士期间获日本文部科学省奖学金及国家公派留学基金资助,毕业于日本筑波大学生命环境科学研究科。博士毕业后被吉林大学以海外A类人才引进直聘副教授。担任中国环境科学学会环境经济学分会委员、中国碳足迹产业技术创新联盟理事、中国“双法”研究会能源经济与管理研究分会理事、中国环境科学学会减污降碳协同治理专业委员会委员、长春市碳中和研究院循环产业学部主任、日本地域学会委员等,SCI期刊Environment, Development and Sustainability执行副主编,Carbon Research副主编、Carbon Footprints、Frontiers in Sustainability等期刊编委(客座编辑),吉林省科技厅、生态环境厅、发改委专家库专家。担任Nature子刊、Environmental Science & Technology等领域内顶级期刊审稿人。
主要研究方向为环境管理与环境经济,包括废弃物资源化与循环经济、农业与食物系统可持续转型、可再生能源利用与减污降碳协同等。主持/参与国家自然科学基金、国家发改委中国清洁发展机制基金、国家重点研发计划课题、吉林省优秀青年基金、吉林省重点研发计划、吉林省生态环境厅、吉林省发改委、吉林省能源局项目等国家级和省部级项目20余项,累积经费支持600余万元。以第一作者/通讯作者在能源与环境领域中科院一区期刊Nature子刊Nature Food、Nature Sustainability、Environmental Science & Technology、Energy Conversion and Management等发表论文50余篇,包括多篇ESI高被引论文,累积他引2500余次。相关政策咨询报告获新华社(吉林分社)、吉林省人大常委会、生态环境厅、能源局等采纳证明 8 项。
