个人简介

长期从事新型光电器件的研究工作,在太阳能电池和光电探测器方面取得了多项有价值的科研成果,已在Advanced MaterialsChemical CommunicationsACS Applied Materials & InterfacesSCI期刊上发表研究论文30余篇,论文被引用1000余次,申请国家发明专利8项。入职吉林大学以来,围绕钙钛矿结构卤化物材料和器件物理开展了一些研究工作,获得了国家自然科学基金委、吉林省科技厅和吉林大学等的经费资助,目前实验室已具有完备的材料制备、器件组装和测试分析条件,在相关领域已有良好积累。

研究方向:

钙钛矿结构卤化物材料和器件物理:具有钙钛矿结构的卤化物材料是近年发展起来的一类高性能半导体材料,在太阳能电池、电致发光器件、X射线探测器和可见光探测器方面表现出优异的性能,通过对钙钛矿器件中材料性能调控和器件工作机理的研究,有望在相关领域取得可商业化应用的创新型研究工作。
