    Junnian Wang got his B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2003, M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in Automotive Engineering in 2009 all from Jilin University, China. As a visiting scholar with University of California, Davis, USA, in 2015-2016, he conducted research in electric vehicle dynamics control. He is currently a professor with the Department of Automotive Engineering and the State Key Laboratory of Automotive Simulation and Control, Jilin University. His research interests include dynamics control, driveline design and energy management of electrified vehicles. He was authorized 2 USA invention patent, 53 Chinese invention patents and 96 Chinese patents for utility model, and published 38 technical journal and conference papers, including 12 top-level SCI-indexed journal paper. He was also awarded two Jilin Province Natural Science Academic Achievements Awards in this field in 2013 and 2018, and Jilin University Model Teacher Title in 2014. He reviewed more than 90 manuscripts for several professional international journals and Chinese journals during 2009-2019. His contribution as a reviewer was awarded several reviewer contribution certificate by the International Journal of Precision Engineering and Manufacturing in 2015, 2016 and 2017, as well as by the International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control in 2017. He was also the writer of a Chinese book “Science & technology innovation activities and national competitions guide for undergraduates in automotive engineering” pressed in 2015.

Description of Research Group:团队学术带头人王庆年教授,团队从从‘十五’开始便从事混合动力汽车动力总成控制系统研究开发,还包括电动轮总成控制系统研究开发,混合动力系统自动换挡控制系统的研究开发,复合电源的研究开发,电机和电池及控制单元的试验评价,新型混合动力总成扭矩和转速合成装置以及液压混合动力汽车匹配与控制技术的研究开发。承担国家863计划项目11项,国家重点研发计划2项,国家自然科学基金9项。获得中国汽车工业科技进步奖3项,省科技进步奖3项,国家机械工业部科技进步奖1项,国家教委科技进步奖1项,国家教育部科技进步奖1项。累计培养人才100余人,其中博士33人、博士后3人。
