Decheng Hong (M’2016-SM’2020) received the B.S in College of Physics from Northeast Normal University (NENU), China, in 2002. He received the Ph.D. degrees in College of Physics from Jilin University, China, in 2009. From November 2004 to now, he was a faculty of College of Physics in Jilin University, where he is now a Full Professor. From April 2015 to April 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Duke University, Durham, NC, USA. He is now an IEEE Senior Member.
